The Pleasure of Healing

Our world and culture are in enormous pain and more stressed than ever before. On the precipice of great change,

we'll need physical places that support and heal. We'll need a place to land, literal land to walk on and roam.

We'll need in-person community and real person-to-person connections.

The Pleasure of Healing seeks to recover the lost art of hospitality. I'd like to build a community where we lead with conversation, heart-felt sharing as we heal. I'd like you to know you're invited.

Bring your bare feet, empty hands, open heart. I’m expecting you.

Your attention to detail and thoughtfulness is profound. I feel refreshed and renewed in a way I can’t quite explain. I’m excited to discover what it is that makes me passionate and fulfilled. You’re an inspiring person and we need more people like you.

Your home was more than I could imagine. It helped me heal physically and gave me space to attend to a craving I’ve been neglecting, which is to let my creativity flow. I drew, I read, I prayed and meditated. I could slow down and the house was my sanctuary and creative playground. Through every detail of the house, I could feel the essence of what you intend. Your home is more than a lovely place to stay. It is an opportunity to rejuvenate.

Yvonne, it feels like your whole soul is in this place.

Your space is inviting me to rest, lay aside worries and cares and just be. I am beyond grateful for this sanctuary and refuge.
